In April 2015 club members and their wives visited the headquarters of the BBC at Broadcasting House, London. As part of a conducted tour they found themselves on the set of BBC1 television’s ‘The One Show’ .Selected members were able to record a radio play with sound effects and the club chairman Ken Hatter, being a natural butler. Others took part in a recording of a TV News item and a weather forecast.
